Message Processing
MOL calculates the percentage of EDI messages processed without failure. We calculate the number of messages received via EDI and passed to Starnet versus the number of rejected messages we generate on the validation of the syntax/structure of the message. Data validation errors are not included.
MOL Target: Achieve 90% of EDI messages processed without failure.
